RCF Ltd needs Management Trainees in various disciplines as indicated below for its units at Thal (Dist.Raigad), Trombay (Mumbai):

• Management Trainees : 75 posts (Chemical : 15, HRD Chemical-1, Mechanical : 17, Electrical : 12, Instrumentation : 7, Civil : 7, Industrial Engineering : 01 post, Information Technology -3, Materials-10, R&D (Chemical)-1, R&D (Agriculture-2), Administration-1), Age as on 01/01/2011 : Not exceeding 25 years in case of Engineering Graduates and candidates applying for disciplines in Administration, 27 years for Engineering Post Graduate and 32 years for Ph.D. candidates for R&D.

Stipend and Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs. 23000/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs. 16400-40500/-.

Application Fee : General & OBC candidates are required to pay a application processing fee of Rs. 300/-- by a crossed Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Commercial Branch, Swastik Park, Chembur, Mumbai 400071 (code No.4268) in favour of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. (enter the details of Demand Draft in the Online Application Form). The Name and Application number should be written on the back of Demand Draft.

How to Apply : Apply Online at RCFL website only from 15/02/2011 to 01/03/2011. Take a printout of the online application.
